1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are electronic with QR code. Delivered via email and, if requested, also via WhatsApp. Each ticket is single-use.
3. Seating
Seating is assigned with seat numbers. You must sit in your assigned seat. Latecomers are seated at the administrator's discretion during applause.
4. Pricing
All applicable taxes are included in the displayed price. Prices may vary between different showtimes.
5. Refund Policy
Ticket refund policy:
- 72+ hours before event: full refund minus card processing fee (up to 2%, charged by the bank and credit card operator)
- Under 72 hours: only with ticket insurance
- After event starts: no refund

6. Venue Rules
Concerts are held in active churches. The following are not permitted:
- Food, drinks, animals
- Large luggage or hazardous items
- Entry to altar area
- Entry while under the influence
- Phone must be silenced or on vibrate
7. Photography and Video
Photography and video without flash are permitted.
8. Children
Concerts are open to all ages. Evening concerts (21:00+) are suitable for children 7 years and older. Disruptive children must be removed from the venue.
9. Liability
The organizer is not liable for personal belongings. Events may use stage effects such as fog or lighting.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
