We accept Visa and Mastercard payments processed securely via Stripe. All applicable taxes are included in the ticket price.

How do I receive my ticket after purchase?

Your ticket with a QR code is sent instantly to your email address. If you provide a WhatsApp number, you'll also receive it there.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Refund requests submitted 72 or more hours before the event are processed in full, minus a card processing fee (up to 2% of the ticket price — a fee charged by the bank and credit card operator). Refunds less than 72 hours before the event are available only with ticket insurance. No refunds after the event has started. Contact us via WhatsApp to request a refund.

When should I arrive?

Doors open and ticket scanning begins 45 minutes before the concert. We recommend arriving early to find your seats comfortably.

Latecomers may enter the hall only during applause between pieces. Seating is assigned by the administrator.

Yes, our concerts are open to everyone including children. For evening concerts starting at 21:00 or later, children aged 7 and above are admitted. If a young child becomes disruptive, we ask that you step out to the vestibule or leave early.

No strict dress code — come as you feel comfortable. That said, musicians appreciate when the audience dresses up for the occasion. Note: the church interior can be cool, so dress accordingly.

What is not allowed in the venue?

The following are not permitted: food, drinks, animals, large luggage, hazardous or sharp objects. Entering the altar area or going behind barriers is prohibited. Visitors under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.

Can I take photos or videos?

Yes, photography and video recording are allowed without flash. Please silence your phone and maintain quiet during the performance. Theatrical fog and stage lighting effects may be used during concerts.
