1. Standard Refund
Refund requests submitted 72 hours or more before the scheduled event start time are processed as a full refund of the ticket face value, minus a card processing fee of up to 2% of the ticket price. This fee is charged by the payment processor (Stripe), the acquiring bank, and the card network, and is not retained by the Organizer.
2. Late Refund (Under 72 Hours)
Refund requests submitted less than 72 hours before the scheduled event start time are only available if the Customer purchased ticket protection at the time of checkout.
What is ticket protection?
Ticket protection is an optional add-on available during the ticket purchase process. When selected, it allows the Customer to receive a full refund (minus card processing fees) for any reason, including personal circumstances, up until the scheduled event start time. The cost of ticket protection is non-refundable.
Without ticket protection, no refund is available within the 72-hour window before the event, except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizer.
3. After the Event
No refunds are available after the scheduled event start time, as indicated on the ticket and event listing. The scheduled start time refers to the time published on the event page at the time of purchase, regardless of actual event start time due to delays.
4. Event Cancellation by the Organizer
If the Organizer cancels an event entirely and does not reschedule it, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund to their original payment method. The Organizer will initiate refunds within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.
5. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed to a new date, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the postponement announcement. After this period, tickets are considered accepted for the new date and are no longer eligible for a refund.
6. Material Event Changes
If the Organizer makes a material change to an event — such as a change of primary performing artist or a change of venue to a significantly different location — ticket holders may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the change announcement.
The following do not constitute material changes and are not grounds for a refund: changes to supporting artists or programme order, start time adjustments of up to 60 minutes, or seating reassignment within the same price zone.
7. Technical Issues and Duplicate Purchases
If a Customer is charged more than once for the same ticket, or if a technical error on the platform results in an incorrect purchase, the Organizer will process a full refund for the erroneous charge(s) upon verification. Please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue.

9. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by the Customer’s bank or card issuer.
10. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Ticket protection fees
- Tickets for attendees removed from the venue for violating venue rules or the code of conduct
- Tickets for events that have already started (based on the scheduled start time)
- Tickets where the refund request was submitted outside the applicable refund window
11. Governing Terms
This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Refund Policy and the Terms, the Terms shall prevail.
