Refund Policy

Standard Refund

Refund requests submitted 72 hours or more before the event are processed as a full refund minus a card processing fee (up to 2% of the ticket price — a fee charged by the bank and credit card operator).

Late Refund

Refund requests submitted less than 72 hours before the event are only available with ticket insurance.

After Event Starts

No refunds are available after the event has started.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.

Event Cancellation

If the organizer cancels an event, a full refund is guaranteed.
